Roughly 6 weeks from ordering to being ready. Custom pieces can vary depending on the mahi involved, so we'll confirm timing when you order.

Yes. Custom and personalised pieces (commissions, keys, memorial pieces and anything made to your design) need a 25% deposit to lock in your order. Once we've agreed your design and price, we'll send you a secure payment link for the deposit, and the balance is due before your piece is sent or collected. Because the deposit covers design time and materials made just for you, it's non-refundable once we've started work on your piece. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Yes. Pick-up is by arrangement from Penrith NSW or Point Cook VIC. Choose pick-up at checkout and we'll send you the pick-up address and arrange a time once your order's confirmed. Mirrors can't be posted, so they're pick-up only.

Yes. Jason makes keys for 21st, 50th and 60th birthdays and other milestones, plus memorial pieces, designed around the person and their story. Every one is custom, so when you get in touch we'll ask for the occasion, the text for the plaque, the colour of the piece, and any designs or representations you'd like included. Yes. Every platter and lazy Susan is sealed with a food-grade sealant after it's designed and painted, so you can serve straight onto it.

We offer standard tracked shipping across Australia: AUD $25 for orders under $250, or $42 for orders of $250 and over. Earrings post for $8 and sticker packs for $1. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Yes. Sending a piece to New Zealand? Get in touch and we'll arrange a delivery quote for you. Mirrors can't be posted.

Large 9cm lettering fits up to 7 letters. Small 6cm lettering fits up to 10 letters. Use the board designer to preview your word before you order.
