Refund policy

Every Hori.Inc piece is made by hand in Penrith NSW and Point Cook VIC, and most are made to order.

Personalised and custom pieces

Name boards, keys, memorial pieces, commissions and anything made with your name, words or design can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind, because they're made just for you. Commissions and other custom pieces we quote for need a 25% deposit to lock in your order, with the balance due before your piece is sent or collected. Because the deposit covers design time and materials made just for you, it's non-refundable once we've started work on your piece.

Platters, lazy Susans and other non-personalised pieces

Changed your mind? Let us know within 7 days of receiving your piece and we'll arrange a return. The piece needs to come back unused and in its original condition, and return shipping is paid by you. Mirrors can't be posted, so mirror returns are by arrangement.

Faulty or damaged pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as you can with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we'll sort a repair, replacement or refund with you. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
